MUDANÇAS NUTRICIONAIS DECORRENTES EM UM ESPAÇO DE TEMPO EM UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA NO INTERIROR DE GOIÁS
O presente estudo teve como objetivo verificar e identificar as mudanças nutricionais decorrentes em um espaço de tempo em uma escola pública da cidade de Ouro Verde de Goiás. Os dados foram coletados pela nutricionista, que era a responsável técnica pela alimentação escolar da rede municipal. A população anual era composta por aproximadamente 1000 alunos do 1º ao 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental da referida escola. Dessa população foi extraída uma amostra de 464 alunos (2016), 481 alunos (2017) e 363 alunos (2018). Foi feito um levantamento de dados ao longo dos três anos analisados. Como resultado, no ano de 2016, a idade média dos alunos foi de 9,21±1,88 anos; em 2017, foi de 10,21±2,38 anos; e, em 2018, foi de 11,21±1,14 anos. (Da amostra total de crianças participantes nos três anos percebeu-se que houve um crescimento em todas as variáveis, mas conforme o esperado): peso (29,30kg – 2016; 33,04kg – 2017; 37,05kg – 2018), IMC (16,75kg/m2 – 2016; 17,92 kg/m2 - 2017; 17,92 kg/m2.- 2018) e altura (1,30m – 2016; 1,35m – 2017; 1,42m – 2018). Quando analisadas as mudanças nutricionais entre os sexos, o IMC masculino iniciou com 16,81 kg/m2 – 2016, apresentando uma média final de 18,15kg/m2 – 2018. O IMC feminino teve início com 16,12 kg/m2 – 2016, exibindo uma média final de 17,77 kg/m2 – 2018, não demonstrando também diferença significativa nos seus valores. O estudo conclui que, a maioria das crianças analisadas ao longo dos 03 anos foram classificadas como eutróficas. E ao comparar a evolução nutricional não houve diferença significativa entre os anos.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to verify and identify the nutritional changes that took place over a period of time in a public school in the city of Ouro Verde de Goiás. The data were collected by the nutritionist, who was the technician responsible for the school feeding of the municipal network. The annual population was made up of approximately 1000 students from the 1st to the 9th grade of elementary school at that school. A sample of 464 students (2016), 481 students (2017) and 363 students (2018). A survey of data was carried out over the three years analyzed. As a result, in 2016, the average age of students was 9.21 ± 1.88 years; in 2017, it was 10.21 ± 2.38 years; and, in 2018, it was 11.21 ± 1.14 years. From the total sample of children participating in the three years, it was noticed that there was an increase in all variables, but as expected (it is necessary to add this to make sense of this last sentence with the previous sentence): weight (29.30kg - 2016; 33.04 kg - 2017; 37.05 kg - 2018), BMI (16.75 kg / m2 - 2016; 17.92 kg / m2 - 2017; 17.92 kg / m2.- 2018) and height (1.30 m - 2016) ; 1.35m - 2017; 1.42m - 2018). When analyzing nutritional changes between the sexes, the male BMI started with 16.81 kg / m2 - 2016, presenting a final average of 18.15 kg / m2 - 2018. The female BMI started with 16.12 kg / m2 - 2016, exhibiting a final average of 17.77 kg / m2 - 2018. The study concludes that the majority of children analyzed over the age of 3 were classified as eutrophic. And when comparing nutritional evolution, there was no significant difference between the years.
