MONITORIA ACADÊMICA NA DISCIPLINA DE INTRODUÇÃO À PSICOLOGIA: EXPERIÊNCIAS E CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA A FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE
Este trabalho tem como objetivos apresentar a experiência da monitoria na disciplina de Introdução à Psicologia, ofertada no primeiro semestre do Curso de Psicologia da Faculdade Uninta Itapipoca e as reflexões geradas acerca da contribuição desta vivência para a formação docente na referida ciência e profissão. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência da experiência como monitora da disciplina de Introdução à Psicologia, no período letivo de março a junho de 2019 em associação com um estudo bibliográfico do tipo narrativa, a fim de subsidiar o exercício teórico-prático da proposta formativa. Foi realizado o acompanhamento e suporte ao professor em aulas e seminários; facilitação na aplicação de provas; captação e elaboração de conteúdos para as aulas utilizando bibliografias científicas referentes à disciplina. Foi observado nesse período de atividades muitos ganhos e uma vasta experiência adquirida por meio das reflexões contempladas em sala de aula, a partir da mudança de visão de senso comum para a Psicologia enquanto ciência e profissão; sobre a perspectiva das abordagens e seus aportes; como também a compreensão sobre as evidências de todas as diversidades analisadas na disciplina, enfatizando o conhecimento e o domínio das psicologias em sua pluralidade. Concluiu-se que foi fundamental para a compreensão das funções de um docente em sala de aula e aperfeiçoamento da formação. Ofereceu clareza e crescimento da aprendizagem sobre a construção e definição da psicologia e a relação ensino-aprendizagem nesse papel de monitora, através do auxílio do professor orientador. A experiência foi de grande relevância para a elaboração de uma visão mais amplificada sobre os desafios e do sentido de caminhar para a docência, como também das contribuições da disciplina para a graduação em Psicologia.

Abstract:
This work aims to present the experience of monitoring in the Introduction to Psychology subject, offered in the first semester of the Psychology Course at Uninta Itapipoca College, and the reflections generated about the contribution of this experience to teacher education in the science and profession formation. This is a descriptive study of the experience report type of experience as a monitor of the Introduction to Psychology subject, from March to June 2019, in association with a bibliographic study of the narrative type, to support the theoretical-practical exercise. During the formation process, the following activities were carried out: monitoring and support to the teacher in classes; facilitating the application of tests; capture and development of content for classes using scientific bibliographies referring to the discipline. Many gains were observed in this period of activities, and a vast experience acquired through the reflections contemplated in the classroom from the change of common-sense view to Psychology as a science and profession; on the perspective of approaches and their contributions; as well as understanding the evidence of all the diversities analyzed in the discipline, emphasizing the knowledge and mastery of psychologies in their plurality. It was concluded that it was fundamental for understanding the functions of a teacher in the classroom and for improving training. Through the help of the guiding professor, it was offered clarity and growth in learning about the construction and definition of psychology and the teaching-learning relationship in this monitoring role. The experience was of great relevance for the elaboration of a broader view of the challenges and the meaning of approaching teaching, as well as the contributions of the discipline to undergraduate psychology.
