Abstract: Attention to training in skills that motivate university students for self-employment in today’s societies, puts pressure on higher education institutions because they are the ones who determine the future of their graduates' behaviour, because it is during the course of university that the individual will define his personality. Therefore, it becomes an opportunity that involves the formation of an entrepreneurial culture include in these models the ethical part that defines the way of acting of the university entrepreneur when materializing their enterprises. This paper presents a review of the theoretical background and perspectives of the main learning models which promote entrepreneurial attitudes and at the same time consider value training as part of their differentiation. As a result of this analysis, the competence to be able to undertake is presented as a trend that is influencing new university profiles as a result of being exposed to entrepreneurial training models.
