MIGRAÇÃO VENEZUELANA NO BRASIL: DAS CONCEPÇÕES DE LINGUAGENS À OPERAÇÃO ACOLHIDA
O presente trabalho busca discutir como o Brasil tem desenvolvido sua política para migração, a partir de uma visita técnica “in loco”, realizada em Boa Vista-RR. Na capital roraimense existe uma grande força-tarefa humanitária executada e coordenada pelo Governo Federal com o apoio de agências da ONU e de mais de 100 entidades da sociedade civil. A Operação oferece assistência emergencial aos migrantes e refugiados venezuelanos que entram no Brasil pela fronteira com Roraima. Desde o início da crise migratória, até janeiro de 2020, estima-se que mais de 264 mil migrantes e refugiados venezuelanos entraram e permaneceram no Brasil. O objetivo da visita de estudos é conhecer melhor como os migrantes e refugiados vem sendo recebidos em território brasileiro, bem como fazer um estudo da situação por eles encontrada, suas dificuldades e limitações provenientes de barreiras normativas e sociais.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to discuss how Brazil has developed its policy for migration, from a technical visit “in loco”, held in Boa Vista-RR. In the capital of Roraima there is a large humanitarian task force executed and coordinated by the Federal Government with the support of UN agencies and more than 100 civil society entities. The Operation offers emergency assistance to Venezuelan migrants and refugees entering Brazil through the border with Roraima. Since the beginning of the migratory crisis, until January 2020, it is estimated that more than 264,000 Venezuelan migrants and refugees have entered and remained in Brazil. The purpose of the study visit is to learn more about how migrants and refugees have been received in Brazilian territory, as well as to study the situation they encountered, their difficulties and limitations arising from normative and social barriers.
