MICROEMPRESA: O TRABALHO INTERNO
No México, na esfera socioeconômica, a microempresa foi classificada pelas autoridades como uma entidade onde 0 a 10 pessoas trabalham nos setores industrial, comercial e de serviços (Lei para o Desenvolvimento da Competitividade da Micro, Pequena e Média Empresa, 2020) e, juntamente com as pequenas e médias empresas, representam mais de 97% da empresa do país. Esta entidade adquiriu importância fundamental porque proporcionam trabalho autônomo e emprego a grande parte da população. No interior visualiza-se um grande movimento, que inclui: relações afetivas e organizacionais e sobretudo um árduo trabalho que os seus membros desenvolvem em equipa colaborativa. O objetivo deste documento é justamente descrever a forma de comunicação e organização, as relações entre seus membros, o âmbito do trabalho colaborativo, os tipos de liderança dentro dele, a participação das diferentes gerações que convergem dentro da organização e a preparação para a sucessão alterar. Para atingir o objetivo, foi utilizada a análise documental. Os resultados permitem-nos observar que com o passar do tempo as referidas entidades económicas têm evoluído e têm vindo a adaptar-se às mudanças que lhes são apresentadas.

Abstract:
In Mexico, in the socioeconomic sphere, the microenterprise has been classified by the authorities as an entity where 0 to 10 people work in the industrial, commercial and services sectors (Law for the Development of the Competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, 2020), and together with small and medium-sized companies they make up more than 97% of the country's company. This entity has acquired fundamental importance because they provide self-employment and employment to a large part of the population. Inside, a great movement is visualized, which includes affective and organizational relationships and above all a hard work that its members carry out as a collaborative team. The objective of this present is precisely to describe the form of communication and organization, the relationships between its members, the scope of collaborative work, the types of leadership within it, the participation of different generations that converge within the organization and the preparing for succession changes. To achieve the objective, documentary analysis has been used. The results allow us to observe that with the passage of time the referred economic entities have evolved and have been adapting to the changes that are presented to them.
