MÉTODOS REMOTOS DE INCENTIVO AO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O ato do aleitamento materno exclusivo é de essencial importância para a redução das taxas de morbimortalidade do recém-nascido, pois é capaz de oferecer toda a proteção necessária. Acredita-se que o aleitamento materno exclusivo poderia prevenir em torno de 13% de todas as mortes que ocorrem em crianças abaixo de cinco anos de idade, por serem eventos considerados evitáveis. Observou-se que ainda há uma lacuna entre a disponibilidade de informações e a chegada desse conteúdo até as famílias no período gestacional e no pósparto, onde as ações de educação em saúde devem ser prioritárias. Diante do exposto, esse relato visa reforçar a necessidade e importância da promoção da educação em saúde para as mães e para os membros da equipe, que acompanham o período de puericultura por meio de atividades como IGTV, Live e enquetes, cooperando significativamente para a disseminação do
assunto e conseguindo levar a informação à sociedade por um meio digital devido à necessidade de isolamento social.

Abstract:
The act of exclusive breastfeeding is of essential importance for reducing rates of morbidity and mortality of the newborn, because it's capable of offering all the necessary protection. It is believed that exclusive breastfeeding could prevent around 13% of all deaths that occur in children under five years of age, due to events that occurred considered avoidable. It was observed that there is still a gap between the availability of information and the arrival of this content to the families in the gestational period and in the postpartum period, where health education actions should be a priority. Given the above, this report aims to reinforce the need and importance of promoting health education for mothers and team members, who accompany the childcare period through activities such as IGTV, Live and polls, cooperating and progressing towards the dissemination of subject and managing to bring information to society through a digital medium due to the need for social isolation.
