MÉTODOS NÃO FARMACOLÓGICOS PARA ALÍVIO DA DOR NO TRABALHO DE PARTO – TOQUE TERAPÊUTICO E MASSAGEM
A maternidade é considerada um grande desafio e quase sempre um período de muita aflição para a gestante. A terapia em questão se dá pelo toque, através da pele, e responde pelas sensações exteriores de frio e de calor. É pelo tato que as impressões sensoriais são recebidas e transmitidas por terminações nervosas da pele. A massagem vem sendo utilizada como modalidade do cuidado alternativo na assistência terapêutica da Enfermagem Obstétrica, sendo parte integrante no cuidado durante o trabalho de parto. O toque terapêutico dar-se-á de diversas maneiras, podendo ser tranquilizadores, carinhosos, afetuosos, confortantes ou animadores, tendo forma de afago, tapinha, massagem, abraço ou aconchego. Com isso a mulher sente mais confortável, principalmente na hora da dor.

Abstract:
Motherhood is considered a great challenge and almost always a period of great distress for the pregnant woman. The therapy in question is by touch, through the skin, and responds to the outer sensations of cold and heat. It is by touch that sensory impressions are received and transmitted by nerve endings of the skin. Massage has been used as an alternative care modality in the therapeutic care of Obstetric Nursing, being an integral part of care during labor. The therapeutic touch will occur in many ways, and can be reassuring, affectionate, affectionate, comforting or encouraging, taking the form of cuddling, patting, massage, hug or warmth. With this the woman feels more comfortable, especially at the time of pain.
