METODOLOGIAS MAIS UTILIZADAS NOS ESTUDOS DE FITOTERÁPICOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DIABETES MELLITUS: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
Diabetes mellitus é uma das doenças crônicas caracterizada pelo alto nível de açúcar no sangue que mais afetam a humanidade. Há muito tempo estudos trazem alternativas ao tratamento como o uso de fitoterápicos. A Organização Mundial de Saúde projeta que essa doença alcançará 300 milhões de pessoas em 2030 e por isso incentiva estudos na área. O trabalho objetiva identificar as metodologias mais utilizadas nas pesquisas referentes ao uso de fitoterápicos no tratamento de diabetes mellitus e se justifica para embasar as formas de pesquisas mais utilizadas referentes ao uso de fitoterápicos no tratamento de diabetes mellitus. Foi realizado uma revisão de literatura integrativa, onde depois de devida triagem, 25 estudos compuseram a amostra para análise. O estudo é bibliográfico de abordagem quantitativa. O levantamento identificou diferentes metodologias aplicadas na pesquisa de uso de fitoterápicos em tratamento de diabetes. Esses estudos foram categorizados em quatro tipos que diante do uso de sua metodologia representam: entrevista ao usuário (36%), revisão bibliográfica (32%), Análise do uso de fitoterápicos em humanos (20%) e análise do uso de fitoterápicos em animais (12%). Estudar os mecanismos metodológicos de controle tem grande relevância cientifica. Neste estudo foi possível entender melhor como são feitos esses estudos voltados às pessoas portadoras de Diabetes. Os resultados permitem uma análise critica ao método mais utilizado diante dos possíveis ruídos presentes na subjetividade de entrevistas como também alerta o viés das dificuldades a se trabalhar com outros métodos. Compreendem as características relacionadas ao diabetes e as diversas formas que esses dados se pautaram nos estudos.

Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus is one of the chronic diseases characterized by the high blood sugar level that most affect humanity. Studies have long offered alternatives to treatment such as the use of herbal medicines. The World Health Organization projects that this disease will reach 300 million people in 2030 and therefore encourages studies in the area. The work aims to identify the most used methodologies in research regarding the use of herbal medicines in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and is justified to support the most used forms of research regarding the use of herbal medicines in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. An integrative literature review was carried out, where after due screening, 25 studies made up the sample for analysis. The study is bibliographic with a quantitative approach. The survey identified different methodologies applied in the research on the use of herbal medicines in the treatment of diabetes. These studies were categorized into four types that, when using their methodology, represent: user interview (36%), bibliographic review (32%), analysis of the use of herbal medicines in humans (20%) and analysis of the use of herbal medicines in animals (12%). Studying the methodological control mechanisms has great scientific relevance. In this study, it was possible to better understand how these studies are made aimed at people with Diabetes. The results allow a critical analysis of the most used method in view of the possible noises present in the subjectivity of interviews, as well as alerting the bias of the difficulties to work with other methods. They understand the characteristics related to diabetes and the different ways that these data were based on the studies. -
