AVANCES DE LA TEORÍA DE RECURSOS Y CAPACIDADES 2016-2022 PARA LAS CIENCIAS SOCIALES Y EMPRESARIALES
La teoría de los recursos y capacidades se ha consolidado como referente investigativo en el área organizacional y de negocios, ante la necesidad de generar estrategias que potencialicen los intangibles y constituyan ventajas competitivas para enfrentar entornos cada vez más exigentes y cambiantes. Con el propósito de analizar los avances en dicha teoría y su aplicación en las ciencias empresariales se utilizó una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo longitudinal descriptivo, permitiendo identificar las principales contribuciones de los diversos autores y los patrones en la literatura referidos al objeto de estudio entre los años 2016 al 2022. Los resultados evidenciaron la integración de la teoría de recursos y capacidades con la gestión del conocimiento, la innovación sustentable, la competitividad empresarial y la transformación digital como resultado de los cambios que actualmente requieren las organizaciones. Así mismo se realizó una comparación entre la productividad, coocurrencia de palabras claves, número de documentos por autores, fuentes bibliográficas, afiliación, país y áreas de conocimiento al igual que la calidad de la producción mediante índice de citas, se encontraron nuevos autores y filiaciones.

Abstract:
The theory of resources and capabilities has been consolidated as a research reference in the organizational and business area, given the need to generate strategies that potentiate intangibles and constitute competitive advantages to face increasingly demanding and changing environments. With the purpose of analyzing the advances in said Theory and its application in business sciences, a methodology with a quantitative approach of descriptive longitudinal type was used, allowing to identify the main contributions of the various authors and the patterns in the literature referring to the object of study between the years 2016 to 2022. The results evidenced the integration of the theory of resources and capabilities with knowledge management, sustainable innovation, business competitiveness and digital transformation because of the changes that organizations currently require. Likewise, a comparison was made between productivity, co-occurrence of keywords, number of documents by authors, bibliographic sources, affiliation, country, and areas of knowledge as well as the quality of production through citation index, new authors and affiliations were found.
