MÉTODO KAIZEN COMO PROPOSTA DE MELHORIA PARA O AUMENTO DE PRODUTIVIDADE DA MÁQUINA FRESADORA CNC EM UMA INDÚSTRIA DO PIM
O Kaizen é um processo que oportuniza reduzir os custos e melhorar a produtividade. Além de tudo, o comprometimento de todos os funcionários da companhia é fundamental.. Com isto, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar resultados obtidos com uso da aplicação de Kaizen, para a melhoria contínua e maior produtividade da máquina fresadora CNC de uma empresa do PIM. O estudo ocorreu em uma indústria do PIM, referência em tecnologia, atualmente distribui e fabrica computadores, celulares, servidores e demais dispositivos, possui três unidades no Brasil, nas cidades de Manaus, Ilhéus e Curitiba. Na unidade Manaus buscou-se corresponder a uma necessidade existente identificada na máquina fresadora CNC, onde foram identificados os problemas nos ciclos do fluxo e, em interação com os sete desperdícios vistos incorporados nos princípios do pensamento enxuto. Após a introdução da metodologia, definiu-se as ações de melhoria aplicáveis com o uso do Kaizen, aderindo a interação da máquina fresadora CNC a relatórios sistêmicos que permitiu a visualização do desempenho e produtividade, sendo possível avaliar as variáveis, o tempo, prazo e amostra. O Kaizen favorece também no domínio dos desperdícios juntamente ao fluxo de matérias-primas e dados, tendo como foco a melhoria. Um dos obstáculos presentes foi a respeito do rompimento dos paradigmas presentes para com o andamento das melhorias planejadas, isto porque, alguns colaboradores não confiavam na perspectiva de melhoria dos processos da máquina fresadora CNC. A organização continuou com a disciplina de reconhecimento e combate às perdas, desenvolvendo incentivos para o prosseguimento do comprometimento dos colaboradores em projetos de melhoria contínua. Espera-se que instruções futuras revelem a aplicabilidade completa dos processos metodológicos associados ao Kaizen.

Abstract:
Kaizen is a process that provides opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity. Kaizen, in addition to proposing improvements for companies, proposes improvements to the people who are part of it. With this, the objective of this study is to analyze the results obtained with the use of the application of Kaizen, for a continuous improvement and greater productivity of the CNC milling machine of a PIM company. The study took place in a PIM industry, a reference in technology, that currently distributes and manufactures computers, cell phones, servers and other devices. Has three units in Brazil, in the cities of Manaus, Ilhéus and Curitiba. At the Manaus unit, an attempt was made to respond to an existing need identified in the CNC milling machine, where problems in the flow cycles were identified, and in interaction with the seven types of wastes seen incorporated in the principles of lean thinking. After the introduction of the methodology, it was defined as improvement actions applicable with the use of Kaizen, adhering the interaction of the CNC milling machine to systemic reports that exist the visualization of performance and productivity, being possible to evaluate as variables, time, deadline and sample. Kaizen also favors the domain of waste with the flow of raw materials and data, focusing on improvement. One of the obstacles present was regarding the breaking of the present paradigms towards the progress of the planned improvements, because some employees did not trust the perspective of improving the processes of the CNC milling machine. The organization continued with the discipline of recognition and combating losses, developing incentives for the continuation of the employees' commitment to continuous improvement projects. Future instructions are expected to reveal the full applicability of the methodological processes associated with Kaizen.
