Abstract: This paper presents the Fazedora Method, a framework structured in four pillars specifically developed for commercial optimization in Brazilian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The methodology integrates validated theories (Goal Setting Theory, Customer Segmentation, Time Management, and Performance Management) into a simplified and accessible approach. Over 12 months, 5 SMEs from different segments were monitored (beauty salon, dental office, personal training consultancy, aesthetic clinic, and natural products store), observing an average revenue growth of 59% in 90 days. The results demonstrate that specific methodologies adapted to SME limitations are more effective than direct application of traditional business frameworks, contributing to strengthening this segment that represents 99% of Brazilian companies and 54% of formal jobs in the country.
