MERENDA ESCOLAR E A GARANTIA DO DIREITO A EDUCAÇÃO NUMA ESCOLA DA REGIÃO DO BICO
O presente artigo tem como objetivo examinar as contribuições do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (Pnae) para assegurar o direito à educação pública, numa escola da rede estadual de ensino, no município de Nazaré/TO. Optamos por fazer uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa tendo o Estudo de Caso como estratégias de pesquisa Fizemos o uso de formulário, de entrevista e analisamos ainda documentos. Compreendemos ao longo do estudo que a alimentação que é condição imprescindível para que um ser humano corra atrás de outros direitos e que o Pnae é um programa que sugere apresentar relevância social e educacional, uma vez que ao se propor contribuir para o crescimento e o desenvolvimento biopsicossocial a aprendizagem, o rendimento escolar e a formação de hábitos saudáveis dos estudantes, ao posso que vivemos num país com grandes desigualdades sociais e a grande maioria das crianças atendidas pelo programa são de baixa renda. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que a escola desenvolve regularmente o Pnae, recebe os recursos advindos do FNDE e elabora ações e projetos que promovem a formação de hábitos alimentares saudáveis, e apesar dos recursos não ser suficiente como observamos na pesquisa o programa contribui para assegurar o direito a educação e a permanência dos alunos na escola.

Abstract:
The present article has as objective examines the contributions of the National Program of School Feeding (Pnae) to assure the right to the public education, in a school of the state net of teaching, in the municipal district of Nazaré/TO. we Opted to do a research of qualitative nature tends the Study of Case as research strategies Did the form use, of interview and we still analyzed documents. We understood along the study that the feeding that is indispensable condition for a human being to run behind other rights and that Pnae is a program that suggests to present social and education relevance, once when intending to contribute for the growth and the development biopsicossocial the learning, the school income and the formation of the students' healthy habits, to the I can that we lived at a country with great social inequalities and the children's great majority assisted by the healthy program of low income. The results of the research show that the school develops Pnae regularly, it receives the resources advindos of FNDE and it elaborates actions and projects that promote the formation of healthy alimentary habits, and in spite of the resources not to be enough as we observed in the research the program contributes to assure the right the education and the students' permanence in the school.
