MENINGIOMA DE TUBÉRCULO SELAR E SUAS IMPLICAÇÕES CLÍNICAS: UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA
O meningioma de tubérculo selar (MTS) é uma das neoplasias intracranianas mais comuns, sendo responsável por cerca de 5-10% dos meningiomas intracranianos. Dessa forma, o objetivo dessa análise é descrever, por meio de pesquisa na literatura médica, a apresentação clínica do meningioma e suas implicações clínicas. o meningioma de tubérculo selar representa uma importante patologia cerebral que, apesar de benigna, cursa com implicações clínicas importantes e que podem acarretar em outras patologias. Por isso, é imprescindível a ressecção cirúrgica precoce do tumor.

Abstract:
Tubercle sellar meningioma (MTS) is one of the most common intracranial neoplasms, accounting for about 5-10% of intracranial meningiomas. Thus, the objective of this analysis is to describe, through research in the medical literature, the clinical presentation of meningioma and its clinical implications. tubercle sellar meningioma represents an important brain pathology that, despite being benign, has important clinical implications that can lead to other pathologies. Therefore, early surgical resection of the tumor is essential.
