MEDIDA SOCIOEDUCATIVA EM MEIO ABERTO E O TRABALHO DO ASSISTENTE SOCIAL
Este artigo tem como tema central o trabalho do assistente social no Serviço de Proteção Social a adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de Liberdade Assistida e de Prestação de Serviços à Comunidade, executada no Centro Especializado de Assistência Social (CREAS). A escolha do objeto de estudo ocorre em função de inserção profissional neste equipamento da política de Assistência Social. No referencial teórico pretendeu apresentar o trabalho do assistente social e sua intrínseca relação com a questão social; um percurso histórico da política de atendimento aos adolescentes; e por fim a medida socioeducativa em meio aberto e o trabalho do assistente social neste serviço, a fim de compreender os desafios que se colocam aos profissionais para a materialização do projeto ético-político, no cotidiano do seu exercício profissional.

Abstract:
This article has as its central theme the work of the social worker in the Social Protection Service to adolescents in compliance with the socioeducative measure of Assisted Freedom and Community Service Delivery, carried out at the Specialized Center for Social Assistance (CREAS). The choice of the object of study is based on professional insertion in this equipment of the Social Assistance policy. In the theoretical framework, he intended to present the work of the social worker and his intrinsic relation with the social question; a historical track record of adolescent care policy; and finally the socio-educational measure in open environment and the work of the social work of the social worker in this service, in order to perceive the challenges that are posed to professionals for the materialization of the ethical-political project, in the daily routine of their professional practice.
