MATRICIAMENTO EM SAÚDE MENTAL INFANTO JUVENIL: VIVÊNCIAS NO TERRITÓRIO DO MUNICÍPIO DO CABO DE SANTO AGOSTINHO/PE
No Brasil, em meados dos anos 70, surgiu o Movimento da Reforma Psiquiátrica advindo da Reforma Sanitária reorganizando a assistência psiquiátrica através de serviços substitutivos aos manicômios, formando a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) e tendo a Atenção Básica (AB) como, também, um equipamento de saúde que compõe a RAPS visto que ela é a porta de entrada preferencial do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). O Matriciamento é um suporte técnico pedagógico que aproxima os serviços especializados em Saúde Mental (SM) da AB promovendo a articulação entre os equipamentos para facilitar o direcionamento dos fluxos na Rede intra e intersetorial. O objetivo geral desse estudo foi explanar as práticas de saúde no território, tendo como objetivo específico, descrever ações e efetividade do Matriciamento em Saúde Mental Infanto Juvenil no Município do Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, no qual, teve como base para a sua construção, fontes secundárias - Livro diário registrado de modo sistemático pela equipe multiprofissional do CAPSi referido. O Apoio Matricial em SM possibilita a percepção das singularidades do território e consequentemente realização de atividades direcionadas às especificidades populacional possibilitando aos usuários o estímulo ao protagonismo e o controle social, à compreensão acerca da Rede de Saúde Pública e à busca apoio do para o cuidado inicial na AB. E, para eles e os profissionais das diversas áreas: desmistificar as questões relacionadas ao cuidado em Saúde Mental, pois as ações são direcionadas às pessoas com transtornos mentais e em sofrimento psíquico.

Abstract:
In Brazil, in the mid-70s, the Psychiatric Reform Movement emerged from the Sanitary Reform reorganizing psychiatric care through substitution services to asylums, forming the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) and having Primary Care (AB) as well. , a health equipment that makes up the RAPS since it is the preferred gateway to the Unified Health System (SUS). Matriciamento is a pedagogical technical support that brings the specialized services of Mental Health (SM) closer to the AB promoting the articulation between the equipments to facilitate the directing of the flows in the intra and intersectoral network. The general objective of this study was to explain the health practices in the territory, having as its specific objective, to describe actions and effectiveness of Child and Youth Mental Health Matriciation in the Municipality of Cabo de Santo Agostinho / PE. This is a case study, in which, based on its construction, secondary sources - Daily book systematically recorded by CAPSi's multiprofessional team. The Matrix Support in MS enables the perception of the singularities of the territory and consequently the accomplishment of activities directed to the specificities of the population, enabling the users to stimulate the protagonism and the social control, the comprehension about the Public Health Network and the support of the initial care. at AB. And, for them and professionals from various areas: demystify the issues related to mental health care, because the actions are directed to people with mental disorders and psychological distress.
