MARCOS REGULATÓRIOS DA FORMAÇÃO DO PSICÓLOGO NO BRASIL
No Brasil, praticamente desde a criação dos primeiros cursos de Psicologia e a instituição da mesma como profissão, a qualidade da formação e atuação na área da Psicologia têm sido objetos de estudos e de grandes debates. Nesta perspectiva, o objetivo da presente pesquisa é analisar os marcos regulatórios da formação do psicólogo no Brasil a partir dos documentos que regulam o curso de Psicologia no Brasil e que levaram à consolidação da Psicologia como ciência e profissão ao longo de sua trajetória histórica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada com base em levantamento de documentos (Leis, Resoluções, Pareceres etc.) que regulamentam a profissão e a formação de psicólogos no Brasil, de artigos, dissertações e teses a este respeito. A análise dos marcos regulatórios da formação em Psicologia revela muitas contradições, muitas disputas entre grupos antagônicos e a oscilação entre uma visão mais tecnicista para atender às demandas do mercado e a função social do trabalho psicológico frente às exigências da realidade brasileira, pautada numa reflexão crítica e numa atuação ética que possibilite pensar no que pode ser feito para superar os problemas que se apresentam. A história da regulamentação da profissão de psicólogo no Brasil, sobretudo num período de tantos questionamentos por parte da categoria a respeito da sua formação e de sua atuação profissional, precisa ser conhecida para que se possa compreender os marcos regulatórios que influenciaram a constituição da Psicologia como um importante campo profissional. A reflexão sobre a formação em Psicologia requer que se volte o olhar para a articulação com o momento sociopolítico no qual a Psicologia se constituiu, pois esse movimento possibilitará a compreensão das demandas que instigaram a sua institucionalização no contexto brasileiro.

Abstract:
In Brazil, practically since the creation of the first Psychology courses and the institution of it as a profession, the quality of training and performance in the field of Psychology has been the object of studies and great debates. In this perspective, the objective of the present research is to analyze the regulatory frameworks for the formation of the psychologist in Brazil from the documents that regulate the Psychology course in Brazil and that led to the consolidation of Psychology as a science and profession throughout its historical trajectory. This is a bibliographic search carried out based on a survey of documents (Laws, Resolutions, Opinions, etc.) that regulate the profession and the training of psychologists in Brazil, articles, dissertations and theses in this regard. The analysis of the regulatory frameworks of Psychology training reveals many contradictions, many disputes between antagonistic groups and the oscillation between a more technical view to meet the demands of the market and the social function of psychological work in the face of the demands of the Brazilian reality, based on a critical reflection and an ethical performance that makes it possible to think about what can be done to overcome the problems that arise. The history of the regulation of the profession of psychologist in Brazil, especially in a period of so many questions on the part of the category regarding his education and professional performance, needs to be known in order to understand the regulatory frameworks that influenced the constitution of Psychology as an important professional field. The reflection on the formation in Psychology requires looking at the articulation with the socio-political moment in which Psychology was constituted, because this movement will enable the understanding of the demands that instigated its institutionalization in the Brazilian context.
