MAPEAMENTO DA CADEIA DE VALOR (VSM), PARA ANÁLISE DO PROCESSO LOGÍSTICO INTERNO EM UMA EMPRESA DO SETOR AUTOMOTIVO.
A partir da abordagem do problema, que derivou dos inconvenientes que surgem no atual processo logístico interno de uma empresa de autopeças catalogada como JIS. Neste processo surgem inconvenientes em determinados elos da cadeia de valor, o que nos leva a formular a hipótese relacionada com a realização de uma análise, de forma a identificar os elos em que a operação pode ser melhorada e assim fazer uma proposta de melhoria para que o processo de logística interna seja mais eficiente com o fluxo de informações, fornecimento de matéria-prima e produto acabado.

Abstract:
Starting from the approach of the problem, which has been derived
from the inconveniences that arise in the current internal logistics process of an auto parts company cataloged as JIS. In this process, inconveniences arise in certain links of the value chain, which leads us to formulate the hypothesis related to carrying out an analysis, in order to identify the links in which the operation can be improved and thus make a proposal. of improvement so that the internal logistics process is more efficient with the flow of information, provision of raw material and finished product. -
