LUTO PERINATAL: OS DANOS PSICOLÓGICOS CAUSADOS PELAS PERDAS GESTACIONAL E NEONATAL
O presente estudo destacou as contribuições da psicologia em relação às mães que vivenciaram a situação de perda gestacional e neonatal. A principal justificativa para a realização deste projeto consistiu em sensibilizar e conscientizar sobre um tema que ainda é um tabu para a sociedade, tendo como importância demonstrar o reconhecimento do luto materno. Assim, o objetivo foi verificar de que forma o psicólogo(a) pode contribuir nesse processo de elaboração do luto para prevenir possíveis psicopatologias. A metodologia consistiu em uma revisão bibliográfica do tipo narrativa com objetivos exploratórios. Foi discutido sobre o acolhimento mais respeitoso e humanizado no processo de luto, bem como o papel do psicólogo e as contribuições de toda uma rede de apoio e de que maneira cada um pode auxiliar para a continuidade dos laços entre pais e filhos perdidos numa perspectiva singular. Através da revisão bibliográfica foi possível compreender e fomentar a importância do papel do psicólogo e do seu trabalho integrativo com um atendimento humanizado e uma escuta qualificada.

Abstract:
The present study highlighted the contributions of psychology in relation to mothers who experienced the situation of pregnancy and neonatal loss. The main justification for carrying out this project was to raise awareness and awareness of a topic that is still a taboo for society, with the importance of demonstrating the recognition of maternal grief. Thus, the objective was to verify how the psychologist can contribute to this process of elaborating grief to prevent possible psychopathologies. The methodology consisted of a literature review of the narrative type with exploratory objectives. It was discussed about the most respectful and humanized reception in the grieving process, as well as the role of the psychologist and the contributions of a whole support network and how each one can help for the continuity of the bonds between parents and lost children in a unique perspective. Through the bibliographic review it was possible to understand and foster the importance of the role of the psychologist and his integrative work with a humanized service and qualified listening.
