En la Actualidad se ha hecho necesario transformar los modelos educativos
tradicionales a través de un liderazgo pedagógico que promueva la autonomía en
la toma de decisiones de los educadores, teniendo en cuenta un ambiente que
promueva la participación, el diálogo, el consenso y, lo más importante, la reflexión
constante sobre la práctica de la misma práctica. forma de método de enseñanza.
Este documento describe el perfil y características de los administradores
educativos. Objetivo de esta revisión es Identificar cuáles son los nuevos desafíos
de la gerencia educativa . Material y Método: Para el desarrollo de la presente
investigación se utilizó un enfoque metodológico cualitativo , en donde se realizó
una búsqueda bibliográfica exhaustiva de documentos, artículos, libros y revistas
científicas mediante las cuales se obtuvo toda la información para realizar este
artículo. Conclusiones: El docente en la actualidad tiene el desafío de enfrentar a
los retos de la sociedad del conocimiento, como protagonista de las instituciones
educativas.

Abstract:
