LOGÍSTICA REVERSA COMO INSTRUMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL POTENCIALIZADOR PARA DIMINUIR O DESCARTE RESIDUAL
A crescente geração de resíduos sólidos associado ao descarte ambientalmente inadequado gera impacto negativo ao ecossistema. Para tal cenário com matéria-prima finita é necessário a criação de medidas que possam minimizar os efeitos danosos sobre o meio ambiente. O óleo vegetal usado em frituras se descartado incorretamente torna-se um resíduo com alto poder de poluição, possuindo percentuais de reciclagem inferior a 3%. Portanto, este trabalho objetiva fortalecer a importância da logística reversa (LR) como um instrumento sustentável e potencializador para diminuir o descarte residual e evidenciar o reaproveitamento de resíduos. Para isso, foi elaborado um questionário para identificar dos entrevistados os conhecimentos sobre LR, qualidade de vida correlacionada ao meio ambiente, ciclo de vida, práticas comportamentais de descarte, impactos, ponto de entrega voluntária (PEV) para entender o baixo índice de coleta do OVR. Observou-se notável percentual dos entrevistados em desconhecer sobre LR e dos locais dos PEVs, que pode justificar o baixo índice de coleta, e afirmar que a LR é possível melhorar retorno de resíduos recicláveis e obter, além das vantagens econômicas, a social e ambiental.

Abstract:
The growing generation of solid waste associated with environmentally inappropriate disposal results in a negative impact on the ecosystem. For such scenario with finite raw material it is necessary to create measures that can minimize the harmful effects on the environment. The vegetable oil used in frying if discarded incorrectly becomes a residue with high pollution power, having percentages of recycling of less than 3%. Therefore, this work aims to strengthen the importance of reverse logistics (LR) as a sustainable and potentiating tool to reduce residual waste and evidence for the reuse of waste. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed to identify the knowledge about LR, life quality correlated to the environment, life cycle, behavioral discard practices, impacts, voluntary delivery point (PEV) to understand the low OVR. It was observed a remarkable percentage of respondents not knowing about LR and the locations of the PEVs, which can justify the low collection rate, and affirm that the LR can improve the return of recyclable waste and obtain, besides the economic, social and environmental advantages.
