LOGÍSTICA NO TRANSPLANTE RENAL NO HOSPITAL DAS CLÍNICAS DE BOTUCATU-SP
O Sistema Nacional de Saúde, responsável pela gestão de monitoramento dos transplantes de órgão e tecidos, corresponde ao maior sistema público de transplantes do mundo. Embora conte com alta tecnologia em relação aos sistemas e equipamentos, e equipes de extrema qualidade, existem ainda muitos gargalos relacionados à administração da logística, como o transporte e o acondicionamento. O transplante renal realizado no Hospital das Clinicas de Botucatu faz parte deste sistema nacional com todas as suas especificidades técnicas, inclusive logísticas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar as atividades do processo logístico de transplante renal na região do Hospital das Clinicas de Botucatu. Utilizou-se de pesquisas bibliográfica e entrevista com perguntas abertas com um profissional especializado em transplantes do Hospital das Clinicas de Botucatu. Para a realização de um transplante de órgãos ocorre processos logísticos em todas as etapas, desde a abertura de um protocolo até a efetivação do transplante. Os eventos logísticos se desdobram em transporte de doadores, receptores e os rins transplantados. Envolvem embalagens especificas para os rins, logística de recursos humanos e de materiais que são fundamentais para que não ocorram atrasos que podem inviabilizar o transplante.

Abstract:
The National Health System, responsible for the management of monitoring of organ and tissue transplants, corresponds to the largest public transplant system in the world. Although it has high technology in relation to systems and equipment, and high quality teams, there are still many bottlenecks related to logistics management, such as transportation and packaging. The renal transplant performed at the Clinical Hospital of Botucatu is part of this national system with all its technical specificities, including logistics. The objective of this work was to identify the activities of the renal transplantation logistic process in the Clinical Hospital of Botucatu region. We used bibliographical research and interview with open questions with a professional specialized in transplants of the Hospital das Clinicas de Botucatu. Organ transplantation involves logistic processes at all stages, from the opening of a protocol to the completion of the transplantation. Logistic events unfold in transport of donors, recipients and transplanted kidneys. They involve specific packages for the kidneys, logistics of human resources and materials that are fundamental to avoid delays that can make transplantation unfeasible.
