LESÃO CRÔNICA PÓS-CIRÚRGICA COM COMPROMETIMENTO VASCULAR DE MEMBRO INFERIOR- TRATAMENTO FITOTERÁPICO ALIADO À TERAPIA FOTODINAMICA..
Lesões com comprometimento vascular são cada vez mais frequentes, podendo gerar complicações sérias com evolução para possíveis amputações.A complexidade do processo de cicatrização é totalmente dinâmico, cada fator deve ser levado em consideração, inclusive o melhor plano terapêutico para cada paciente de modo individualizado.METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, coletado durante o atendimento ambulatorial de um paciente pós-cirúrgico com comprometimento vascular, que recebeu como tratamento um protocolo experimental composto por uma formulação fitoterápica e uma terapia fotodinâmica. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Paciente 59 anos, sexo masculino, vítima de acidente automobilístico em 2000, com fratura grave no tornozelo. Hospitalizado e submetido ao procedimento cirúrgico ortopédico, com inserção de síntese de titânio parafusos de órtese e prótese, para fixação da fratura. Em virtude de complicações na lesão foi diagnosticado com trombose e úlcera vasculogênica, comprometendo todo processo de cicatrização. Iniciou tratamento, com aplicações de formulações fitoterápicas,associada à terapia fotodinâmica, (azul de metileno a 1% e laser vermelho). CONCLUSÃO: Em 15 dias após as condutas, foi possível detectar redução significativa de biofilme, melhoras na cicatrização e aumento de tecido de granulação, redução de foco inflamatório e retração de borda, evidenciando um êxito na conduta inicial.

Abstract:
Lesions with vascular impairment are more and more frequent, which can lead to serious complications with the development of possible amputations. The complexity of the healing process is totally dynamic, each factor must be taken into consideration, including the best therapeutic plan for each patient in an individualized way. METHODOLOGY: This is a descriptive study, of the type of experience report, collected during outpatient care of a post-surgical patient with vascular impairment, who received as treatment an experimental protocol composed of a phytotherapic formulation and photodynamic therapy. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: A 59-year-old male patient, victim of an automobile accident in 2000, with a severe ankle fracture. Hospitalized and submitted to the orthopedic surgical procedure, with insertion of titanium synthesis orthosis screws and prosthesis, for fracture fixation. Due to complications in the lesion, he was diagnosed with thrombosis and vasculogenic ulcer, compromising the entire healing process. He started treatment, with applications of phytotherapic formulations, associated with photodynamic therapy, (1% methylene blue and red laser). CONCLUSION: In 15 days after the procedures, it was possible to detect a significant reduction in biofilm, improvements in healing and an increase in granulation tissue, reduction of inflammatory focus and edge retraction, showing a success in the initial procedure.
