: Las prácticas profesionales son un componente indispensable para las licenciaturas del Área Económico Administrativa, en la Universidad Veracruzana, puesto que se implementa con el ámbito laboral, con esto el estudiante inicia a entrenarse en actividades empresariales y al mismo tiempo enriquece sus conocimientos del área disciplinar, contribuyendo en su formación profesional, al mismo tiempo le es útil para identificar áreas de oportunidad e interés que le permitan definir su perfil profesional. Las prácticas brindan al estudiante habilidades y destrezas para poner en ejercicio los saberes que ha adquirido en el aula y aplicarlos en espacios reales del ejercicio profesional, lo anterior permite poner a prueba lo aprendido, sirviendo de retroalimentación a su formación.
