Abstract: At ESIA Tecamachalco, one of the most important event was held in commemoration of the 100 years of the Technical School of Builders, which represents the beginnings of the Higher School of Engineering and Architecture of the National Polytechnic Institute, named with the title presented here and that will mark a before and after in the history of the school. This begins in March 2022 on the occasion of International Women's Day, and initially arises with the collaboration between the Illustrious National College of Architectural Engineers of Mexico and the group of women called " “Women Architects Deconstructing City” The event appeared for a week at the school and later continued at the Mining Palace, the former National School of Engineers in 1867 when the participation of women in architecture and engineering was not even seen as a possibility, the above as part of the World Social Forum, which seeks to generate changes in society that improve the quality of life. These works have the purpose of making visible both the problems that the students suffer daily, as well as the women professionals in these disciplines where their work, most of the times, does not have due recognition and the obstacles are multiplied by their gender condition.
