“LA VOZ DE LAS INVISIBLES”. RETOSDESDE LA ACADEMIA FRENTE A LA VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER
El presente manuscrito producto del proyecto de investigación Representaciones
sociales en torno a la no denuncia en la violencia contra la mujer “La voz de las invisibles” del
grupo de investigación Desarrollo Sociocultural, Afecto y Cognición y sus semilleros “Dialogo
de saberes” y “Acción Psicosocial hacia el bienestar comunitario”, de la Universidad nacional
Abierta y a distancia UNAD; tiene como objetivo develar en el territorio habitado las ideas que
han interiorizado las mujeres respecto a los episodios de violencia y el contexto que las enmarca,
se toman las experiencias de mujeres violentadas que hacen parte de la Red de Mujeres de
Ibagué REMI y además el reconocimiento de lo que piensan, sienten y cómo actúan los
diferentes actores que intervienen desde la academia en esta situación ante las categoría contexto,
violencia, no denuncia y practica cultural.
El texto “la voz de las invisibles”. Retos desde la academia frente a la violencia contra la mujer,
visibiliza una problemática a partir de los altos índices registrados en torno a la denuncia y a la
no denuncia de formas de violencias, así se pudo interpretar y pensar en la realidad cotidiana de
las mujeres que callan y se invisibilizan.
Se trabaja en cuatro etapas desde el rastreo de documentos, seguido de la Caracterización del
grupo de mujeres y los actores académicos, luego el diseño y análisis de instrumentos, y la
socialización y puesta en evidencia de esta realidad sentida mediante un enfoque cualitativo de
tipo hermenéutico, se utilizaron instrumentos cualitativos como la historia de vida, rastreo
documental y la entrevista con apoyo de un instrumento cuantitativo escala tipo Likert “Escala
de actitud frente a la no denuncia ante la violencia contra las mujer”, diseñado y creado por el
grupo de investigadores del proyecto.
Como resultados se obtuvo, la identificación de factores prevalentes en el ejercicio de violencias
al igual el reconocimiento de la representación social de los actores académicos intervinientes en
el estudio frente al objetivo de la investigación. Finalmente, como conclusiones se reconoce que
es lo sucede en nuestro municipio y departamento para que no se escuche la “voz de las
invisibles” y se siga materializando las violencias y ante esto se establezca retos posibles para un
cambio ante esta situación.

Abstract:
This manuscript is the product of the research project Social representations
around non-reporting of violence against women "The voice of the invisible" of the Sociocultural
Development, Affection and Cognition research group and its seedbeds "Dialogue of
knowledge" and "Action Psychosocial towards community well-being”, from the National Open
and Distance University UNAD; Its objective is to reveal in the inhabited territory the ideas that
women have internalized regarding episodes of violence and the context that frames them, it
takes the experiences of violated women who are part of the Red de Mujeres de Ibagué REMI
and also the recognition of what the different actors who intervene from the academy in this
situation think, feel and how they act before the context, violence, non-reporting and cultural
practice categories.
The text "the voice of the invisible". Challenges from the academy in the face of violence against
women, makes visible a problem based on the high rates registered around the reporting and non-
reporting of forms of violence, thus it was possible to interpret and think about the daily reality
of women who they are silent and invisible.
Work is done in four stages from the tracking of documents, followed by the Characterization of
the group of women and academic actors, then the design and analysis of instruments, and the
socialization and evidence of this felt reality through a qualitative hermeneutic approach. ,
qualitative instruments were used such as life history, documentary tracking and the interviewwith the support of a quantitative Likert-type scale instrument "Scale of attitude towards non-
reporting of violence against women", designed and created by the group of researchers of the
project.
As results it was obtained, the identification of prevalent factors in the exercise of violence as
well as the recognition of the social representation of the academic actors involved in the study
against the objective of the investigation. Finally, as conclusions, it is recognized that this is what
happens in our municipality and department so that the "voice of the invisible" is not heard and
the violence continues to materialize and in view of this, possible challenges are established for a
change in this situation.
