Abstract: The purpose of the UTC Veterinary Clinic in this research is to quantify the procedures carried out during a year of creation, their evaluation and the benefit that their implementation provides to society. Through the project of connection with society, the veterinary medical consultation is free, minimizing the resources of the owners and/or guardians of the pets. For compliance, the procedures performed by each species (canines and felines) were documented through clinical records and POES methods. Based on this information, a total of 1,237 pets were treated, of which 927 included general medical procedures (general medicine, preventive medicine, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, wound management, laboratory tests) and 310 surgeries, among which the following stand out: sterilizations , castrations, herniorrhaphies, traumatology, nictitating gland tacking, mastectomies, cesarean sections, tumor removal, among others. Establishing biosafety plans for each procedure, technique or method in order to provide greater protection to: patients, veterinary doctors, rotating assistants and users of our health home. The clinic's actions have 2 fundamental axes: an academic sense as pre-professional training for students of the Veterinary Medicine Career and the link between the academy and society to provide veterinary medical services. Our objective is to provide a basis for development by providing quality in each process, seeking to strengthen and strengthen the Academy by showing scientific content in conjunction with social work through links that allow optimizing compliance with procedures with quality and warmth.
