Knowledge Management in route Manufacturing Projects: bibliometric analysis 2007-2017
Diante da competitividade das
organizações, a Gestão do Conhecimento
e a Manufatura Enxuta vêm se mostrando
fundamentais. Para manter a concorrência no
mercado, as organizações estão em constate
busca por redução nos desperdícios e pela
valorização do capital humano. O objetivo
deste artigo é conhecer por meio da literatura
as práticas de Gestão do Conhecimento para
Projetos de Manufatura Enxuta. Este estudo
foi realizado por meio de análise bibliométrica
na base de dados Web of Science, no período
de 2007 a 2017. Os resultados apontam
que a tendência das publicações está para o
conhecimento das aplicações das ferramentas
da manufatura enxuta e a reutilização do
conhecimento adquirido pelos funcionários no
seu dia a dia de trabalho. A contribuição deste
trabalho está na oportunidade de sugerir a
reutilização do conhecimento organizacional em
projetos de Manufatura Enxuta, neste sentido é
necessário que as empresas busquem extrair o
conhecimento adquirido por seus funcionários
nos seus setores de trabalho, na tentativa de
reduzir custos.

Abstract:
Faced with the competitiveness
of organizations, Knowledge Management
and Lean Manufacturing are proving to be
fundamental. To maintain competition in the
market, the organizations are in constant
search for reduction in waste and for the
valorization of human capital. The objective of
this article is to know through the literature the
practices of Knowledge Management for Lean
Manufacturing Projects. This study was carried
out through bibliometric analysis in the Web of
Science database, from 2007 to 2017. The results
indicate that the tendency of the publications is
for the knowledge of the applications of tools
of lean manufacturing and the reutilization of
the knowledge acquired by the employees in
their day to day work. The contribution of this
work is the opportunity to suggest the reuse of
organizational knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
projects, in this sense it is necessary that
companies seek to extract the knowledge
acquired by their employees in their sectors of work, in an attempt to reduce costs.
