JUVENTUDE, PROJETO DE VIDA PROFISSIONAL E A INSERÇÃO PRODUTIVA NO TRABALHO
O índice de produtividade no Brasil é comprometido pela alta rotatividade nos postos de trabalho para os que têm até 17 anos, pois chega a 50,7% (MOTA, 2017). Entre as causas para a existência deste problema, o Instituto Ethos (2017) aponta a falta de interesse por parte destes jovens em relação ao trabalho. Sob a perspectiva da Psicologia Sócio-Histórica, a construção de um projeto de vida profissional pode ampliar a consciência e o interesse dos jovens acerca do trabalho (AGUIAR; BOCK; OZELLA, 2007; BOCK, 2007; MAHEIRIE, 1994). Com o objetivo geral de investigar a validade deste pressuposto teórico, foi realizada uma pesquisa-ação intervencionista com cinquenta e um jovens do 2º ano do ensino médio em duas escolas públicas de São Paulo entre 2015 a 2018, visando à construção do projeto de vida profissional. A análise dos dados obtidos foi realizada por meio de núcleos de significação (AGUIAR; OZELLA, 2006). Por conclusão, foi possível validar a perspectiva teórica utilizada na pesquisa, na medida em que os indivíduos pesquisados relataram ter adquirido a consciência de que – embora tivessem desejos profissionais voltados ao mundo do trabalho – eles estavam inertes, por estarem desvinculados da realidade, uma vez que não os impulsionavam ao meio para operacionalizá-los e realizá-los. Tais desejos poderiam despertar interesse e um sentido se estivessem atrelados aos objetivos, aos planos de ações e às estratégias para buscarem oportunidades efetivas na sociedade onde vivem, a partir de um movimento ativo e transformador de si e do mundo

Abstract:
The productivity index in Brazil is compromised by high turnover for those up to 17 years of age, as it reaches 50.7% (MOTA, 2017). Among the causes for the existence of this problem, Instituto Ethos (2015) points out the lack of interest on the part of these young people in relation to work. From the perspective of Socio-Historical Psychology, the construction of a professional life project can increase young people awareness and interest about work (AGUIAR, BOCK, OZELLA, 2007; Bock, 2007; MAHEIRIE, 1994). With the general aim of investigating the validity of this theoretical assumption, an interventionist action research was conducted with fifty-one youngsters from the second year of high school in two public schools of São Paulo between 2015 to 2018, aiming at the construction of the professional life project. The analysis of the obtained data was performed by means of significance cores (AGUIAR; OZELLA, 2006). In conclusion, it was possible to validate the theoretical perspective used in the research, insofar as the individuals surveyed reported having acquired the awareness that - although they had professional desires focused on the world of work – they were inert, since they were disconnected from reality once that they were not stimulated to realized them. Such desires could spark interest and meaning if they were linked to goals, action plans, and strategies for pursuing effective opportunities in the society in which they live, from an active and transformative movement of them self and the world.
