(IN)VISIBILIDADE DO MUNDO RURAL: FRAGILIZAÇÃO DE DIREITOS À POPULAÇÃO CAMPESINA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA VERSUS A REDE DE SOLIDARIEDADE DO MST CONTRA O CORONAVÍRUS – UM OLHAR SOBRE GÊNERO
A partir do estudo do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra (MST) no assentamento Projeto de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (PDS) Osvaldo de Oliveira – no município de Macaé/RJ –, foi possível perceber que estudar o MST é não se ater apenas em sua construção e luta pois, tema complexo, tangencia inúmeras áreas do direito. O objetivo é compreender a invisibilidade campesina, sobretudo em tempos de pandemia e como sua atuação em direitos humanos ao mesmo tempo em que os demanda. Outrossim, objetiva-se falar um pouco do papel da mulher no contexto do movimento, justificando-se a importância dos direitos fundamentais à luz do sistema de garantias, no qual estamos inseridos. A metodologia utilizada é a pesquisa-ação e revisão da literatura. Importa dizer que em razão da pandemia, foi preciso adaptar a metodologia, de modo que a colheita de dados ocorreu de forma virtual para fins de conclusão desse. No desenvolvimento serão abordados dois capítulos. O primeiro capítulo discorrerá a respeito da (in)visibilidade do movimento em contraponto a rede solidária estabelecida pelo assentamento e direitos que embora positivados, carecem de efetivação. Já o segundo capítulo, tratará do trabalho e gênero no campo, e como se dão essas relações. Podendo-se, nas considerações finais, concluir que o modelo de produção desenvolvida no movimento, se apresenta como resistência e anuncia direitos e garantias fundamentais, e alternativas face a problemas sociais e econômicos. Tem-se os processos agroecológicos como emancipatório, e reconstrutor de relações socioeconômicas e ambientais. Evidenciando-se como demandante e precursor de políticas públicas, empreendendo esforços para obtenção e promoção de saúde, alimentação, educação e emancipação de gênero.

Abstract:
From the study of the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra (MST) at the Projeto de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (PDS) settlement - in the municipality of Macaé/RJ - it was possible to realize that studying the MST is not just sticking to its construction and struggle because, a complex theme, touches numerous areas of law. The objective is to understand the peasant's invisibility, especially in times of pandemic, and its role in promoting human rights at the same time that it demands them. Furthermore, it aims talking a bit about the role of women in the context of the movement, justifying the importance of fundamental rights in the light of the guarantee system, in which we are inserted. The methodology used was action research and literature review. It is important saying that due to the pandemic it was necessary to adapt the methodology so that data collection took place in a virtual way, for the purpose of concluding this article. In the development, two chapters will be approached. The first one will talk about the (in)visibility of the movement in contrast to the solidarity network established by the settlement and rights that, although positive, need to be implemented. The second chapter, on the other hand, will deal with labor and gender in the field, and how these relations take place. It can be concluded, in the final considerations, that the production model developed in the movement presents itself as resistance and announces fundamental rights and guarantees, and alternatives in the face of socioeconomic problems. Taking the agroecological processes as emancipatory, and reconstructor of socioeconomic and environmental relations; showing itself as a plaintiff and precursor of public policies, making efforts to obtain and promote health, food, education and gender emancipation.
