INVESTIMENTO DIRETO ESTRANGEIRO E O AGRONEGÓCIO BRASILEIRO: CONSIDERAÇÕES E CORRELAÇÕES
Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo demonstrando se há relação direta entre o aumento do Investimento Estrangeiro Direto (IDE) no Brasil e os resultados do agronegócio brasileiro. Sabe-se que este segmento é um dos mais importantes para a economia brasileira, respondendo por importante parcela do Produto Interno Bruto Nacional (PIB) do país. Por outro lado, também se observa o aumento do investimento estrangeiro no Brasil. Assim, se faz necessário avaliar se há uma relação positiva e direta entre ambos. Para isso, este estudo está pautado na análise estatística entre os dados de IDE obtidos do Banco Central e resultados do agronegócio divulgados pelo CEPEA. Os resultados demonstram que há uma importante relação entre ambos, com resultados que podem estimular políticas para o desenvolvimento do agronegócio, aliado ao aumento do investimento estrangeiro no Brasil.

Abstract:
This article presents a study demonstrating whether there is a direct relationship between the increase in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Brazil and the results of Brazilian agribusiness. It is known that this segment is one of the most important for the Brazilian economy, accounting for an important portion of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). On the other hand, there is also an increase in foreign investment in Brazil. Thus, it is necessary to assess whether there is a positive and direct relationship between them. For that, this study is based on the statistical analysis between FDI data obtained from the Central Bank and agribusiness results released by CEPEA. The results demonstrate that there is an important relationship between them, with results that can stimulate policies for the development of agribusiness, together with the increase in foreign investment in Brazil.
