INVESTIGAÇÃO DE REQUISITOS PARA ALVENARIA ESTRUTURAL
A construção civil está sempre em constante mudança, novos métodos, ferramentas e sistemas construtivos são criados e, dentre inúmeros avanços diários neste âmbito, a alvenaria estrutural surge como um novo método construtivo. Apesar de ter sido utilizada nas civilizações antigas, hoje, a alvenaria estrutural passou por mudanças que não estão sendo acompanhadas por construtores. Com isto, é imprescindível investigar os requisitos mínimos para execução desta alvenaria, haja vista que alguns erros recorrentes estão ocorrendo. Se faz necessário conhecer estes requisitos, pois sem eles a execução pode perder sua qualidade e, além de afetar o andamento da obra, afetará a qualidade de vida dos futuros compradores do empreendimento, trazendo-lhes consequências por falta de preparo e/ou responsabilidade por parte dos construtores. Desta forma, este trabalho procurou fazer inicialmente uma investigação bibliográfica nos livros e normas acerca do assunto, com os requisitos mais relevantes e, posteriormente, foi feito um levantamento de campo em 10 obras no município de João Pessoa-PB para responder a hipótese que o norteia: se essas obras estão cometendo erros e, caso haja, se é por falta de conhecimento dos requisitos necessários para executar, por má postura ou ambos. Também procurou-se saber se as normas tratam deste assunto de forma específica ou genérica e as consequências relacionadas a estes erros. Para tanto, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória, descritiva, explicativa e quanti-qualitativa, pois, foi possível obter os resultados necessários para responder a hipótese acima levantada.

Abstract:
Civil construction is constantly changing, new construction methods, tools and systems are created and, among countless daily advances in this area, structural masonry emerges as a new construction method. Despite being used in ancient civilizations, nowadays, structural masonry has undergone changes that are not being accompanied by builders. With this, it is essential to investigate the minimum requirements for the execution of this form of masonry, given that some recurring errors keep occurring. It is necessary to know these requirements, because without them the execution can lose its quality and, in addition to affecting the progress of the work, it will affect the quality of life of the future buyers of the enterprise, bringing consequences due to the lack of preparation and / or responsibility of the builders. Therefore, this work initially sought to do a bibliographic investigation in books and standards on the subject, with the most relevant requirements and, subsequently, a field survey was carried out in 10 working sites in the city of João Pessoa-PB to answer the hypothesis that guides: if these construction sites are making mistakes and, supposing that they are, whether it is due to lack of knowledge of the necessary requirements to perform, bad behavior or both. We also tried to find out if the technical standards deal with this subject in a specific or generic way and the consequences related to these errors. For this, it is a bibliographic, exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and quantitative-qualitative research, since it was possible to obtain the necessary results to answer the aforementioned hypothesis.
