INTERVENÇÃO FISIOTERAPÊUTICA NO LINFEDEMA PÓS MASTECTOMIA: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Após a mastectomia podem desenvolver algumas complicações, dentre elas o linfedema é a mais prevalente, caracterizado por uma manifestação da insuficiência do sistema linfático decorrente da obstrução ao fluxo da linfa (FABRO et al, 2016). Vários são os recursos fisioterapêuticos utilizados no pós-operatório de câncer de mama promovendo a reabsorção e a condução do acúmulo de líquido da área edemaciada para as áreas normais (NASCIMENTO et al, 2012; TACANI et al, 2013). Objetivos: Investigar e identificar as técnicas mais utilizadas nas intervenções fisioterapêuticas no linfedema pós mastectomia. Metodologia: Realizou-se buscas nas bases eletrônicas de literatura SciELO, PubMed e MedLine por meio dos descritores Fisioterapia and Linfedema and Mastectomia. Como critérios de inclusão foram selecionados artigos originais, publicados entre os anos de 2012 a 2019, disponíveis nos idiomas Português, Inglês ou Espanhol que continham informações abrangentes ao objetivo do presente estudo. Os critérios de exclusão foram artigos repetidos e/ou com acesso restrito. Resultados: Inicialmente foram selecionados vinte e um artigos, mas apenas seis obedecia aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Destes, quatro abordaram drenagem linfática manual, enfaixamento e exercícios ativos, sendo um associado a TENS. Ainda, um estudo realizou exercícios ativos, alongamento e relaxamento adjuvante a Alta Frequência, e o sexto artigo teve como conduta exercícios ativos livres, alongamento e fortalecimento. Conclusão: As técnicas mais utilizadas das intervenções fisioterapêuticas para o linfedema pós mastectomia encontradas nesta revisão de literatura foram a drenagem linfática manual, enfaixamento e exercícios ativos.

Abstract:
After the mastectomy, some post-operative complications may appear. Among them, the most prevalent, lymphedema, is characterized by a manifestation of the insufficiency of the lymphatic system due to obstruction on the lymph flow (FABRO et al, 2016). There are several physiotherapeutic resources used in the post-operative period of breast cancer, promoting the resorption and the conduction of fluid accumulation from the swollen area to the normal areas (NASCIMENTO et al, 2012; TACANI et al, 2013). Objectives: To investigate and identify the most used physiotherapeutic interventions to treat post-mastectomy lymphedema. Methodology: Searches were made in the electronic databases of SciELO, PubMed, and MedLine literature using the descriptors Physiotherapy and Lymphedema and Mastectomy. As inclusion criteria were selected original articles published between 2012 to 2019, available in Portuguese, English, or Spanish and containing comprehensive information for the purpose of this study. The exclusion criteria were repeated articles and/or with restricted access. Results: Initially, twenty-one articles were selected. However, only six met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Of these, four addressed manual lymphatic drainage, bandaging, and active exercises, one of these associating with TENS. Additionally, one study performed active exercises, stretching, and relaxation adjuvant to High Frequency. The sixth article had as active conduct free, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Conclusion: The most used techniques of physical therapy interventions for post-mastectomy lymphedema found in this literature review were manual lymphatic drainage, bandaging, and active exercises.
