INTERVENÇÃO FISIOTERAPÊUTICA COM DIAGNÓSTICO DE PARKINSON: UM RELATO DE CASO
Introdução: A doença de Parkinson (DP) é uma afecção que acomete o sistema nervoso central em decorrência da diminuição ou deficiência do neurotransmissor dopaminérgico no gânglio da base, ocasionando disfunção na coordenação e em movimentos musculares. Objetivo: Relatar o caso e as condutas realizadas em uma paciente com diagnóstico de DP, assim como demonstrar a evolução após a intervenção fisioterapêutica. Metodologia: O relato de caso foi feito de uma paciente atendida na clínica escola de fisioterapia do Centro Universitário Pitágoras de Marabá no período de abril a setembro de 2019, as buscas de artigos para embasamento deste estudo foram pesquisadas no Google acadêmico com ano de publicação a partir de 2011. Para coleta de dados foram usados dados do prontuário da paciente incluindo anamnese, exame físico, objetivo e conduta de tratamento. Descrição do Caso Clínico: Paciente G.D.O.G., 70 anos de idade, sexo feminino, apresentando como queixa principal a falta de equilíbrio e tremores em MID, quanto ao protocolo de atendimento, foram realizadas 3 sessões semanais, com a duração de 60 minutos, totalizando ao todo 45 sessões. Conforme os achados na avaliação fisioterapêutica foram traçados objetivos com a finalidade de aumentar a amplitude de movimento em MMSS e MMII, retardar o surgimento de contraturas e deformidades, fortalecer a musculatura dos MMII, treinar marcha coordenação e equilíbrio e orientar sobre execução de atividades em domicílio. Conclusão: O tratamento fisioterapêutico influenciou de forma positiva promovendo melhorias no quadro clínico da paciente, resultando em aumento no grau de força muscular, melhora dos reflexos posturais, equilíbrio e coordenação.

Abstract:
Parkinson's disease (PD) and an affection that affects the central nervous system as a result of the decrease or deficiency of the dopaminergic neurotransmitter in the basal ganglia, causing dysfunction in coordination and muscle movements. Objective: Report the case and the conducts performed in a patient diagnosed with PD, as well as demonstrate the evolution after the physical therapy intervention. Methodology: The case report was made of a patient seen at the physiotherapy school clinic of the Pitágoras de Mar abá University Center from April to September 2019, the search for articles to support this study was searched on Google academic with year of publication from 2011. For data collection, data from the patient's medical record were used, including anamnesis, physical examination, objective and treatment conduct. Description of the Clinical Case: Patient G.D.O.G , 70 years old , female, presenting as main complaint the lack of balance and tremors in MID, regarding the care protocol , 3 weekly sessions were held, lasting 60 minutes, totaling a total of 45 sessions. According to the findings in the physical therapy evaluation, objectives were outlined with the purpose of increasing the range of motion in the upper and lower limbs, delaying the onset of contractures and deformities, strengthening the lower limb muscles, training gait coordination and balance and providing guidance on performing activities at home. Conclusion: The physical therapy treatment had a positive influence, promoting improvements in the patient's clinical condition, resulting in an increase in the degree of muscle strength, improvement in postural reflexes, balance and coordination.
