INTERVENÇÃO EDUCATIVA SOBRE SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Introdução: A Síndrome de Burnout (SB) desenvolve-se a partir do cansaço físico/emocional, estresse e fadiga do profissional com relação ao ambiente de trabalho. Os profissionais que estão em contato direto com o público estão mais propícios a apresentação da síndrome, que pode gerar uma despersonalização pessoal e profissional, exaustão emocional e os sentimentos reduzidos de realização profissional. Objetivo: Avaliar os conhecimentos de alunos de um curso técnico em enfermagem sobre a SB, através de uma intervenção educativa. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, do tipo relato de experiência. O público alvo desta intervenção foram discentes do curso técnico de enfermagem da instituição de ensino CEFEP, onde participaram da ação 13 estudantes. Durante a intervenção foi aplicado um questionário antes e após a ação educativa, com intuito de avaliar a contribuição da ação realizada para os conhecimentos dos participantes. Resultados: Segundo questionário aplicado após a ação, foi visto que, 100% da amostra responderam que sabiam do que se tratava a SB. Em relação a sua etiologia, prevenção e sintomas, percebeu-se que 100% dos discentes sabiam relatar sobre tais características da síndrome. Considerações Finais: Portanto, pode-se inferir que o trabalho foi de grande importância para os estudantes e para os participantes da ação, pois foi possível dialogar sobre as principais características acerca da SB e, despertar nos alunos o interesse de buscar mais atualização sobre a temática e conscientizar o máximo de pessoas possíveis sobre o crescimento do problema na população brasileira, especialmente técnicos de enfermagem, uma categoria onde há número grande de profissionais acometidos por essa disfunção.

Abstract:
Introduction: Burnout Syndrome (BS) develops from physical/emotional tiredness, stress and professional fatigue in relation to the work environment. According to Paiva et., al (2019), professionals who are in direct contact with the public are more likely to present the syndrome, which can generate personal and professional depersonalization, emotional exhaustion and reduced feelings of professional fulfillment. Objective: To evaluate the knowledge of students of a technical course in nursing about Burnout Syndrome, through an educational intervention. Method: This is a research with a qualitative and quantitative approach, of the experience report type. The target audience of this intervention were students of the technical nursing course of the CEFEP teaching institution, where 13 students participated in the action. During the intervention, a questionnaire was applied before and after the educational action, in order to assess the contribution of the action performed to the participants' knowledge. Results: According to a questionnaire applied after the action, it was seen that 100% of the sample answered that they knew what Burnout Syndrome was about. Regarding its etiology, prevention and symptoms, it was noticed that 100% of the students knew how to report on such characteristics of the syndrome. Final Considerations: Therefore, it can be inferred that the work was of great importance for the students and for the participants of the action, as it was possible to talk about the main characteristics about the Burnout Syndrome and, arouse in the students the interest of seeking more updating on the subject and make as many people aware as possible about the growth of the problem in the Brazilian population, especially nursing technicians, a category where there is a large number of professionals affected by this dysfunction.
