“INTERPRETAÇÃO DO ELETROCARDIOGRAMA E OS FATORES DIFICULTADORES NO SEU ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Objetivo: analisar as dificuldades mediante a interpretação do eletrocardiograma e os fatores dificultadores no seu ensino-aprendizagem. Método: revisão interativa da literatura que buscou publicações dos últimos 5 anos indexadas nas bases de dados Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Base de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF), Bibliografía Nacional en Ciencias de la Salud Argentina (BINACIS), Literatura sobre Salud en Cuba (CUMED) Índice Bibliográfico Español en Ciencias de la Salud (IBECS), Campus Virtual de Saúde Pública (CVSP), durante o mês de Janeiro de 2023. Foram incluídos estudos em infles, português e espanhol. A condução da coleta de dados ocorreu mediante a inicial leitura dos títulos e resumos, e enquadramento com tema da pesquisa, e em seguida, pela leitura na íntegra das publicações que atendiam este ultimo critério. Resultados: interpretação do eletrocardiograma ainda representa um grande desafio para os profissionais de saúde. Apesar de ser uma ciência secular, ainda existem dificuldades na compreensão e leitura do exame, o que nos permite inferir que tal lacuna possa impactar na qualidade e segurança da assistência prestada ao paciente. Conclusão: conclui-se que faz-se necessário o desenvolvimento de metodologias ativas e tecnologias mesmo que leves-duras, para sistematização do ensino aprendizagem do eletrocardiograma, que possam contribuir na aquisição sólida e de qualidade da disciplina pelos profissionais de saúde, intervindo assim na lacuna do aprendizado evidenciada na literatura científica.

Abstract:
Objective: to analyze the difficulties in interpreting the electrocardiogram and the hindering factors in its teaching-learning process. Method: interactive literature review that sought publications from the last 5 years indexed in the databases Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Database in Nursing ( BDENF), National Bibliography in Health Sciences Argentina (BINACIS), Literature on Health in Cuba (CUMED) Spanish Bibliographical Index in Health Sciences (IBECS), Virtual Campus of Public Health (CVSP), during the month of January 2023. Studies in English, Portuguese and Spanish were included. Data collection was carried out by first reading the titles and abstracts, and framing the research theme, and then by reading the publications in full that met this last criterion. Results: interpretation of the electrocardiogram still represents a major challenge for health professionals. Despite being a secular science, there are still difficulties in understanding and reading the exam, which allows us to infer that such a gap can impact the quality and safety of care provided to the patient. Conclusion: it is concluded that it is necessary to develop active methodologies and technologies, even if they are light-hard, to systematize the teaching and learning of the electrocardiogram, which can contribute to the solid and quality acquisition of the discipline by health professionals, thus intervening in the learning gap evidenced in the scientific literature.
