INTERNAÇÕES HOSPITALARES DE URGÊNCIAS E EMERGÊNGIAS HIPERTENSIVAS NO PIAUÍ NO ANO DE 2019
INTRODUÇÃO: Hipertensão arterial sistêmica (HAS) é uma condição clínica multifatorial caracterizada por níveis elevados e sustentados de pressão arterial. Se esta elevação atingir órgão alvos ex: um edema agudo de pulmão, Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio, encefalopatia hipertensiva é caracterizada como uma emergência hipertensiva, necessitando de intervenções emergenciais. Quando se trata de uma hipertensão arterial acelerada sem comprometimento de órgãos alvos trata-se de uma urgência hipertensiva. OBJETIVO: Relatar as internações realizadas no estado do Piauí no ano de 2019 por urgências e emergências hipertensivas. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um estudo populacional, transversal, observacional e retrospectivo realizou-se uma análise de dados disponíveis pelo sistema de informação DATASUS, sobre internações por regiões de saúde no estado do Piauí de urgências e emergências hipertensivas no ano de 2019. A busca de dados ocorreu em junho de 2020, para analise dos resultados optou-se por tabelas. RESULTADOS: Através do estudo realizado, o grande número de internações hospitalares no Piauí por urgências hipertensivas, totalizou-se 2.145 internações em todo o estado, o maior número ocorreu na região de saúde entre rios e em menor escala a região de carnaubais. Quando se trata das emergências hipertensivas a que mais se destacou em números de internações foi a doenças do encéfalo, Acidente Vascular Cerebral. CONCLUSÃO: É notório o grande número de internações no Piauí por urgências e emergências hipertensivas, além do cuidado rápido e eficaz no pronto atendimento é de grande importância estratégias efetivas na atenção básica para prevenção, diagnóstico e tratamento que devem ser aprimorados para melhorar a qualidade de vida dos indivíduos, reduzir internações evitáveis e consequentes gastos para a saúde pública.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Systemic arterial hypertension (SAH) is a multifactorial clinical condition characterized by elevated and sustained levels of blood pressure. If this elevation reaches target organ eg: acute lung edema, Acute Myocardial Infarction, hypertensive encephalopathy is characterized as a hypertensive emergency, requiring emergency interventions. When it comes to accelerated arterial hypertension without compromising target organs, it is a hypertensive emergency. OBJECTIVE: To report hospitalizations in the state of Piauí in 2019 for urgent and hypertensive emergencies. METHODOLOGY: This is a population-based, cross-sectional, observational and retrospective study conducted with an analysis of data available through the DATASUS information system, on hospitalizations by health regions in the state of Piauí for urgent and hypertensive emergencies in 2019. A Data search took place in June 2020, for the analysis of the results, tables were chosen. RESULTS: Through the study carried out, the large number of hospital admissions in Piauí due to hypertensive emergencies, totaled 2,145 admissions across the state, the largest number occurred in the health region between rivers and to a lesser extent the region of carnaubais. When it comes to hypertensive emergencies, the one that stood out the most in the number of hospitalizations was brain disease, Stroke. CONCLUSION: The large number of hospitalizations in Piauí for urgent and hypertensive emergencies is notorious, in addition to the fast and effective care in the emergency room, effective strategies in primary care for prevention, diagnosis and treatment are of great importance, which must be improved to improve the quality of care. individuals' lives, reduce preventable hospitalizations and consequent public health expenses. -
