Abstract: The growing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in contemporary society has generated profound transformations in human experience, demanding rigorous scientific understanding of its multidimensional impacts. This study presents an original empirical analysis of psychological, financial and psychic effects of AI, grounded in the MIMI-AI theoretical framework (Multidimensional Impact Model of AI) developed specifically for this research. Using mixed methodology, quantitative data were collected through structured survey (n=100) and qualitative data via semi-structured interviews (n=26), complemented by secondary data analysis on AI adoption in Brazil. Results revealed four distinct user profiles: Expert Enthusiasts (29.5%), Cautious Users (30.5%), Resistant Skeptics (23%) and Optimistic Beginners (17%). Statistical analysis identified significant correlations between AI knowledge and frequency of use (r=0.723), technological anxiety and threat perception (r=0.631), and perceived productivity and technological acceptance (r=0.679). The MIMI-AI framework demonstrated effectiveness in explaining impacts through four interconnected dimensions: cognitive, emotional, social and existential. Philosophical foundation, based on Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty, Hans Jonas and Brazilian thinkers like Álvaro Vieira Pinto, revealed fundamental tensions between algorithmic efficiency and human authenticity. Findings contribute to theoretical advancement in Psychology-AI intersection and offer practical guidelines for human-centered systems development, public policies and organizational strategies for responsible AI implementation.
