Abstract: The study addresses the digital transformation of Supply Chains Management (SCM) in the face of the complexity imposed by globalization, market volatility, and increasing demands for transparency and sustainability. The research problem investigates how the integration of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Blockchain can enhance traceability, mitigate fraud, and optimize real-time decision-making in digital supply chains. The main objective is to demonstrate how this triple integration strengthens operational efficiency, security, and resilience. The methodology is based on a literature review of recent studies and technical reports, which allowed for the analysis of the roles and practical applications of these technologies. The results indicate that the combination of Big Data, AI, and Blockchain improves demand forecasting, reduces waste, enhances traceability, and prevents cyberattacks, while simultaneously advancing sustainability and governance in global supply networks. It is concluded that the integration of these technologies forms an essential pillar for organizational competitiveness, driving the transition toward intelligent, secure, and sustainable supply chains characteristic of Industry 5.0. The article analyzes the integration of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Blockchain as a strategic driver of digital transformation in Supply Chain Management (SCM), considering the growing complexity, globalization, and demand for transparency and sustainability. The study addresses the research problem of how this integration can enhance traceability, mitigate fraud, and optimize real-time decision-making. The general objective is to demonstrate how the combined use of these technologies strengthens the efficiency, resilience, and information security of supply chains. The methodology employed was qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, based on a systematic literature review conducted in the Scopus, CAPES, and Google Scholar databases between August and October 2025, encompassing 43 articles published between 2019 and 2025. The results show that Big Data expands analytical and predictive capacity, AI automates and improves decision-making processes, and Blockchain ensures information integrity and traceability. It was found that the triple integration of these technologies enhances operational efficiency and transactional trust, although barriers such as high implementation costs, lack of qualified professionals, and absence of standardization still limit their full adoption. Emerging trends include the use of digital twins, Green Blockchain, Explainable AI, and smart contracts, which are expected to foster collaborative, sustainable, and human-centered supply chains. The study concludes that the synergy between Big Data, AI, and Blockchain constitutes a strategic pillar for resilience and competitiveness in Industry 5.0.
