INTEGRAÇÃO ENSINO-SERVIÇO NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA EM SAÚDE: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Entende-se por integração ensino-serviço o trabalho coletivo, pactuado e integrado com professores, estudantes dos cursos de graduação na área da saúde e trabalhadores que compõem as equipes dos serviços de saúde. Propõe-se como objetivo verificar as evidências científicas sobre a contribuição do processo de integração ensino-serviço na atenção básica em saúde (ABS) na formação dos profissionais de saúde. Trata-se de revisão integrativa com busca de evidências no sítio da BIREME, utilizando-se os descritores: integração docente assistencial, ensino e atenção primária à saúde e o termo integração ensino-serviço, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol no período de 2010 a 2016. Foram selecionados 39 artigos, os quais foram analisadas emergindo 3 categorias: Processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem na Integração Ensino-Serviço na ABS; Processo e pactuações na Integração Ensino-Serviço na ABS e Assistência na Integração Ensino-Serviço na ABS. Conclui-se que a integração ensino-serviço é fundamental, pois influencia positivamente no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, reconhecimento da realidade dos profissionais que atuam na rede de atenção à saúde e da complexidade desse campo de trabalho.

Abstract:
Teaching-service integration is understood as the collective work, agreed and integrated with teachers, undergraduate students in the health area and workers that make up the health services teams. The objective of this study is to verify the scientific evidence on the contribution of the teaching-service integration process in basic health care (ABS) in the training of health professionals. This is an integrative review with evidence search on BIREME's website, using the descriptors: teacher assistance integration, primary health care and teaching, and the term teaching-service integration in Portuguese, English and Spanish in the period of 2010 to 2016. We selected 39 articles, which were analyzed, emerging three categories: Teaching-Learning Process in Integration Teaching-Service in ABS; Process and agreements in the Integration Teaching-Service in the ABS and Assistance in the Integration Teaching-Service in ABS. It is concluded that the teaching-service integration is fundamental, as it positively influences the teaching-learning process, recognition of the reality of the professionals who work in the healthcare network and the complexity of this field of work.
