Abstract: In addition to solving the question What is the appropriate instrument for the measurement and control of economic aid given to microentrepreneurs?, it is identified with bibliographic review, the instrument that aims to: establish through sources of information the diagnosis and measurement of the social impact in the use of economic aid by micro entrepreneurs, Ideal in the measurement, evaluation and control over the economic contributions registered from the organizations and people who make the donations. Also, it contributes to the objectives of sustainable development, benefiting needy families in their daily struggle to keep their microbusinesses in the market. In conclusion, it is established that the appropriate tool is the Start and Improve Your Business [SIYB] program, which is structured in four independent training components: Generate your Business Idea [GBI], Start your Business [SYB], Improve your Business [IYB] and Expand your Business [EYB], designed to respond to each stage of microbusiness development.
