INSTRUMENTAÇÃO CIRÚRGICA EM PROSTATECTOMIA VIDEOLAPAROSCÓPICA ASSISTIDA POR ROBÔ
A cirurgia robótica vem sendo utilizada no Brasil desde 2008, quando teve seu primeiro sistema forma, este estudo buscou elaborar um manual de instrumentação cirúrgica em prostatectomia videolaparoscópica assistida por robô e trata-se de um relato de experiência associado à uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema e buscou-se subsídios bibliográficos pelas bases de dados SciElo (Scientific Eletronic Library Online) e Google Acadêmico e outros meios de pesquisa, os artigos foram selecionados a partir do ano 2017 até 2022. Foram utilizados os descritores: Enfermagem em Centro Cirúrgico, Enfermagem Instrumentação Cirúrgica, Enfermagem Cirurgia Robótica. Constatou-se que a temática, mesmo considerando instrumentação cirúrgica propriamente dita, ainda é pouco explorada, com poucos artigos a respeito, sugerindo, por conta disso, a necessidade de ser melhor estudada possibilitando compreensão apurada de sua importância no contexto geral e sobretudo na cirurgia robótica. Sendo a neoplasia maligna de próstata a mais comum entre os homens e a segunda causa de morte relacionada ao câncer, esta modalidade de cirurgia representa a principal forma de tratamento curativo. Com isso a atualização da enfermagem para atuar nestes procedimentos tem se tornado indispensável. Desta forma a elaboração de manuais de instrumentação voltados ao desenvolvimento de rotinas agregam valor a esta atividade tão importante para o sucesso dos procedimentos cirúrgicos.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT- Robotic surgery has been used in Brazil since 2008, when it had its first form system. and bibliographic subsidies were sought through the SciElo (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and Google Scholar databases and other research means, the articles were selected from the year 2017 to 2022. It was found that the theme, even considering surgical instrumentation itself, is still little explored, with few articles about it, suggesting, because of this, the need to be better studied, allowing an accurate understanding of its importance in the general context and especially in surgery. robotics. As the malignant neoplasm of the prostate is the most common among men and the second cause of cancer-related death, this type of surgery represents the main form of curative treatment. With this, the updating of nursing to act in these procedures has become indispensable. In this way, the elaboration of instrumentation manuals aimed at the development of routines add value to this activity, which is so important for the success of surgical procedures.
