INSTITUTO AYRTON SENNA E O PROGRAMA EDUCACIONAL PAULISTA INOVA (2020): REFORMA EMPRESARIAL.
O trabalho foca no programa educacional paulista Inova lançado no ano de 2019 pela Secretaria Estadual de Educação com a participação do Instituto Ayrton Senna. O programa objetiva melhorar a aprendizagem, aproximar professores e alunos, e dar suporte ao aluno na construção de seu projeto de vida. Através das habilidades socioemocionais mira apurar a aprendizagem resultando na evolução cognitiva do aluno. O programa afeta a escola e a educação ofertada. Assim o Inova merece ser investigado a partir da concepção de seus promotores. O foco é investigar o programa através de seu site, as apresentações feitas na cerimônia de lançamento e revisão proporcionando investigação qualitativa a cerca do objeto deste trabalho. O resultado almejado é que a investigação dê subsídios para concluir que o Inova é uma reforma empresarial que leva parâmetros do mercado para a escola gerando reflexos na instituição escolar.

Abstract:
The work focuses on the São Paulo educational program Inova launched in 2019 by the State Department of Education with the participation of the Ayrton Senna Institute. The program aims to improve learning, bring teachers and students closer together, and support students in building their life project. Through socio-emotional skills aims to improve learning resulting in the student's cognitive evolution. The program affects the school and the education offered. Thus, Inova deserves to be investigated from the perspective of its promoters. The focus is to investigate the program through its website, the presentations made at the launching ceremony and the review providing qualitative investigation about the object of this work. The desired result is that the investigation supports the conclusion that Inova is a business reform that takes market parameters to the school, generating reflexes on the school institution.
