INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DA ECONOMIA SOLIDÁRIA EM MATO GROSSO DO SUL
O tema visa discutir a gestão no
contexto da Economia Solidária. Partiu-se
do pressuposto de que lógicas diferentes
acarretam objetivos de gestão para contextos
organizacionais distintos, considerando
um construto social, implicando técnicas,
ferramentas e áreas funcionais repletas de
ideologias. Para que se possa chegar a uma
resposta sobre como a Economia Solidária
está sendo instituída no MS (?) a pesquisa
se desenvolveu a partir de três momentos:
inicialmente, a pesquisa apoiado em publicações
de autores especialistas na área tais como Paul
Singer, França Filho e Luiz Inácio Germany
Gaiger; em um segundo momento em pesquisa
e descrição de micro dados disponibilizados
pela Secretaria Nacional de Economia
Solidária referente ao último mapeamento
dos empreendimentos econômicos solidários,
realizados entre 2010 a 2012, enfocando os
empreendimentos presentes no Estado de Mato
Grosso do Sul, e por fim, a pesquisa por meio
de entrevistas com gerentes no seguimento da
economia solidária subsidiou a a discussão dos
dados e resultados.

Abstract:
The theme aims to discuss
management in the context of Solidarity
Economy. It was assumed that different logics
imply management objectives for different
organizational contexts, considering a social
construct, implying techniques, tools and
functional areas full of ideologies. In order to
arrive at an answer about how the Solidarity
Economy is being instituted in the MS (?) The
research developed from three moments:
initially, the research supported in publications
of specialists authors in the area such as Paul
Singer, França Filho And Luiz Inácio Germany
Gaiger; In a second moment in the research
and description of micro data made available
by the National Secretariat of Solidary Economy
referring to the last mapping of the solidary
economic enterprises carried out between 2010
and 2012, focusing on the enterprises present
in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, and finally, the Research through interviews with
managers following the solidarity economy subsidized the discussion of data and
results.
