INSERÇÃO DE EXPERIMENTOS PARA RESOLUÇÃO DE SITUAÇÕES-PROBLEMA NO ENSINO DE QUÍMICA
Um dos grandes desafios atuais do ensino de química é fazer uma ligação entre o que é repassado em sala de aula com o cotidiano dos alunos, para que se tenha um ensino e aprendizado mais eficaz. Diante disso, este trabalho tem como objetivo verificar a influência da inserção de prática experimental vinculada à situação-problema (SP) relacionando ao dia a dia dos estudantes, como contribuinte para o ensino e aprendizado de Química. Este estudo foi realizado com 40 alunos da 2ª série do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública localizada na cidade de Capitão de Campos no Estado do Piauí. As atividades visaram a elaboração de uma SP relacionada ao tema Reações Químicas e Cinética. Utilizou-se um experimento como recurso metodológico para a resolução da SP, que consistia na dissolução de comprimido efervescente de vitamina C. Os resultados mostraram que os alunos tiveram dificuldade em responder satisfatoriamente o questionário inicial. Além do que, alguns estudantes tiveram dificuldade em resolver a SP, porém quando receberam o auxílio da prática experimental, 85% conseguiram solucionar a SP de modo satisfatório. Logo, a utilização da SP solucionada através de experimento se mostra eficaz para um melhor ensino e aprendizado.

Abstract:
One of the present challenges of the teaching of chemistry today is to make a connection between what is passed in the classroom with the students' daily lives, to have a more effective teaching and learning. In front of that, this work aims to verify the influence of the insertion of experimental practice linked to the situation-problem (SP) relating to student´s daily lives, as contribution to the teaching and learning of chemistry. This study was conduzed with 40 student from 2nd grade of high school of the public school localized in city of Capitão de Campos in the state of Piauí. The activities aimed at the elaborated of SP related to the theme chemical and kinetic reactions. An experiment was used as methodological resource for the resolution of SP, which consisted in the dissolution of effervescent tablet of vitamin C. The results showed that the students had difficulty in respond satisfactorily the initial questionnaire. Furthermore, some students had difficulty in solving the SP, but when they received the help of the experimental practice, 85% were able to resolve the SP satisfactorily. Therefore, the use of SP resolved through experiment is positive for better teaching and learning.
