Abstract: This review synthesizes recent advancements in the therapeutic approaches for labyrinthitis in elderly patients, a condition significantly impacting this age group. Focusing on pharmacological developments, vestibular rehabilitation, assistive technologies, and psychological and educational strategies, the review highlights progress in improving the quality of life for elderly individuals affected by this condition. The research underscores the effectiveness of vestibular rehabilitation, advances in specific labyrinthitis medications, and the potential of assistive technologies. Moreover, it addresses the importance of holistic and multidisciplinary treatment strategies, tailored to the needs and comorbidities of elderly patients.
