Abstract: Pedagogical leadership has become the fundamental piece of the transformation of the different processes in the educational field. The project aimed at the relational analysis of pedagogical innovation from the perspective of leadership in secondary education institutions in Colombia. The relational methodology was implemented with a quantitative approach and convenience sampling aimed at teachers and directors of educational institutions in the cities of Yopal, Villavicencio and Sincelejo in the country of Colombia. In this way, results are obtained that indicate articulation between management processes, teaching and learning. Likewise, in terms of change management, they indicate that improvements in educational establishments are presented based on the institutional evaluation. However, the management of opportunities for the continuous training of the teaching team is one of the weaknesses with the greatest impact on Educational Institutions. Pedagogical innovation and low participation in teaching staff training programs show the route for the formulation of educational proposals that contribute to the transformation of pedagogical practices and learning processes.
