Abstract: This work is based on the Chapter of the dissertation of DUTRA (2021) entitled 'Heliport Infrastructure', whose original text was updated and improved with an extensive review of the normative, technical and legal framework. Motivated by the growing academic and professional interest in the topic, the objective is to present undergraduate and postgraduate architecture and engineering students to the universe of heliport infrastructure, introducing them to a journey that is very little known. By promoting the incorporation of the subject into the scope of academic study and research, it greatly contributes to differentiated knowledge, which will hightly encourage a career of new possibilities, from conception, through designing and materializing in realization.
