INDICADORES OPERACIONAIS: IMPLANTAÇÃO DE MELHORIAS NO FLUXO DE MOVIMENTAÇÕES E PROCESSOS DE UMA EMPRESA NO RAMO DE LOGÍSTICA
A evolução da tecnologia está ultrapassando os limites e transformando a forma como as pessoas e o mundo fazem transações. Hoje, estamos acostumados com a automação em todos os setores existentes nas mais diversas áreas profissionais. A área logística é uma das que mais crescem em investimentos tecnológicos, tanto em suas formas diversas de entrega como no seu aprimoramento interno de processos que são inumeráveis devido às possibilidades existentes, aprimorando também a eficiência na cadeia de suprimentos, diminuindo custos e falhas. O nosso projeto visa uma melhoria no setor de desembarque e embarque de mercadorias, onde se acompanha todo o processo de armazenamento, etiquetagem e liberação da mercadoria. Durante muito tempo a empresa apresentou uma lentidão nesses processos. A solução encontrada foi o desenvolvimento de cronômetros em formato de painéis digitais alocado em pontos estratégicos de toda a linha, que se inicia com a chegada da mercadoria, logo depois, o controle de qualidade, armazenamento com etiquetagem e logo depois a expedição da mercadoria. Foi necessária a parametrização das variáveis de controle, tempo de espera e regras de negócio O projeto mostrou-se eficaz reduzindo o desperdício de tempo que existia antes de sua implantação, porém se faz ainda necessário o monitoramento do processo por meio de gestores responsáveis e que faça valer as novas normas referentes ao tempo de cada processo a serem executadas dentro dos parâmetros exigidos.

Abstract:
The evolution of technology is pushing the boundaries and transforming the way people and the world transact. Today, we are used to automation in all sectors, existing in the most diverse professional areas. The logistics area is one of the fastest growing in terms of technological investments, both in its various forms of delivery and in its internal improvement of processes, which are innumerable due to the existing possibilities, also improving efficiency in the supply chain, reducing costs and failures. Our project aims to improve the area of unloading and loading of goods, where the entire process of storage, labeling and release of goods is monitored. For a long time, the company presented a slowdown in these processes. The solution found was the development of timers in the form of digital panels allocated at strategic points throughout the line, which starts with the arrival of the goods, then quality control, storage with labeling and soon after the shipment of the goods. It was necessary to parameterize the control variables, waiting time and business rules. The project proved to be effective in reducing the waste of time that existed before its implementation, but it is still necessary to monitor the process through responsible managers that enforce the new rules regarding the time of each process to be performed within the required parameters.
