INDICADORES DE PROJETO PARA ALVENARIA ESTRUTURAL NO PIAUÍ
Este trabalho identificou e quantificou indicadores de projeto para edifícios em alvenaria estrutural no estado do Piauí. Foram analisados oito projetos no sistema construtivo em alvenaria estrutural na tipologia arquitetônica de até 04 pavimentos. Estes projetos eram de edificações residenciais multifamiliar com quatro apartamentos por pavimento e sem pilotis, que serão erguidos na cidade de Teresina no estado do Piauí. Os índices calculados podem propiciar a identificação de fatores da edificação e critérios de projetos que contribuem para a elevação ou para a redução no consumo de materiais, assim, poderão constituir-se em parâmetros de referência e de aferição de projetos em desenvolvimento. Entende-se que, para o caso de edifícios em alvenaria estrutural no estado do Piauí, as informações conseguidas sobre os vários índices identificados e quantificados são inexistentes.

Abstract:
This study identified and quantified project indicators for buildings in structural masonry in the state of Piauí. Eight projects were analyzed in the building system in structural masonry in architectural typology of up to 04 floors. These projects were multifamily residential buildings with four apartments per floor and no pillars, which will be erected in the city of Teresina in the state of Piaui. The calculated indices can provide the identification of factors and criteria of building projects that contribute to the increase or reduction in the consumption of materials, and may be in benchmarks and benchmarking projects in development. It is understood that, in the case of buildings in structural masonry in the state of Piauí, the information obtained about the various identified and quantified indices are non-existent.
