Abstract: The article deals with the conceptions of professors and students of the Administration course about the inclusion of information and communication technology in the teaching-learning planning of the disciplines of the Administration course. The objective of the work was to diagnose the main indicators of difficulties, their respective challenges and suggestions for the inclusion of ICT in the teaching plan. The methodology used was based on the search for information through three questionnaires, two with open questions for teachers (GA) and students respectively and one with closed questions for teachers (GB), based on the indicators indicated by the first two instruments. The results showed six indicators of difficulties with their respective challenges and suggestions. Based on these indicators, the affirmative or negative positioning of the teachers was revealed, according to the themes addressed (the objectives of the implementation of information and communication technology; the methodologies used with ICT and the implementation of ICT strategies in the classroom). Thus, the percentage of acceptance or rejection of the indicators expressed by the first group was verified. It was concluded that the difficulties presented by the teachers are related to teaching knowledge, whether in planning with the formulation of objectives, or in the methodology with the way of teaching, and even with knowing how to guide the use of technological resources.
